Q: Brain Tuner opens for about 4-5 seconds, and then it quits and the iPhone or iPod touch goes back to the home screen. What's wrong?
A: Remove Brain Tuner, and then re-install it. To do this, hold your finger on the Brain Tuner icon until it starts wiggling, and then tap the black X in the top left corner.
Open the App Store, search for "Brain Tuner", and install it. (You can also get Brain Tuner Premium for 99¢ and help support my iPhone development efforts).

It's also possible that your iPhone or iPod touch is running out of memory (when that happens, it forces apps to quit). Over time, "memory leaks" cause much of the device's memory to be used by various apps that should have released it long ago.
The fix is to turn your device off, and then turn it back on. Hold the sleep/wake button at the top of the device until the red slider appears. Drag it across to turn off the device. When the screen is blank, press and hold the sleep/wake button again to turn the device on.
If that doesn't work, try the 2.1 iPhone update. You may then need to delete and re-install Brain Tuner. (Thanks Skip.)
By the way, when you first start the app, you need to wait a second for it to finish loading before START GAME will function. This is normal, and is true of all iPhone and iPod touch apps.
